Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 100% of the service price for late cancellation, 50% for late rescheduling, or 100% for not showing up.
Should damage to your manicure occur, the salon must be contacted within 7 days of your initial service to receive a complimentary nail fix. This excludes any nail breaks that require an extension, in which the client is responsible for payment in full.
We cannot offer complimentary fixes chrome designs.
Any damage reported after 7 days will be repaired at cost.
